Cleansing Balm
A new natural cleansing sensation through luxurious herbs blended together as a “melting cleansing balm.”
At Conju, we have blended natural herbal ingredients, plant extracts, and vitamins in our own concoction into a balm that melts in your hands for a gentle face cleanser. With the sweet scent of plumeria flower, the balm quickly melts and gently removes all makeup and other impurities from the face. Because only natural ingredients were used, this melting balm is suitable for all skin types, even for sensitive skin.
TO USE
- With the spatula provided, take a generous amount of balm and place in the palm of your hands and gently rub.
Point: If too little balm is used, the cleansing process will not be as effective.
- Apply onto dry skin and massage in circular motions for 20-30 seconds, sweep over closed eyes to gently remove all eye make-up.
- Rinse with warm water and pat dry. Please try and rinse the balm off in under a minute.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Update this section if your processing time exceeds 2-3 business days.
Return policy
Return policy
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
